Brazilian-born, Gold Coast-based, I am the woman behind Madame Maricotta.

My love for sweets began long before this brand existed. As a child, I was already selling brigadeiros at school, discovering that dessert could be more than something delicious. It could create connection, joy and memory.

In 2020, I turned this lifelong passion into a business from my home kitchen, blending Brazilian warmth with refined patisserie and a deep love for meaningful celebrations.

Today, I specialise in bespoke wedding cakes and immersive cake experiences designed to reflect each couple’s story, atmosphere and emotion.

More than creating beautiful cakes, my purpose is to craft moments so meaningful that they remain in people’s hearts long after the last slice is served.
